2 Old Friends is an acoustic music duo consisting of Jesse Deane and Tom Cioppa.  Jesse and Tom met in grade school and started playing music together when they were in 6th grade.  Jesse moved from their home town after 7th grade.  They kept in touch and met up to play together whenever possible until mid-high school years.  After that they had no contact for thirty plus years.  Both went on to major in music in college, both kept playing music and both are multi-instrumentalists.

When they reconnected it was clear their passion for music was still there and their compatibility playing music together had not diminished.  What started as two old friends getting together to jam now and then quickly developed into more.

2 Old Friends acoustic music is just that.  Two old friends playing their instruments, singing songs, and harmonizing.  We cover music from the 1960’s to present day; all genres from rock to folk to soul to country to pop. All the videos here have been recorded live. What you hear is what you’ll get.  No backing tracks, autotune or studio enhancements…just good music.
